  1.      How much time does it take for the product to arrive after the order is placed?

The delivery time will vary depending on your location. It may take 1-5 days for the delivery of the product. Standard delivery in United Kingdom will take 1-2 days after the dispatch of the product. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's 1st class service, 99% of the orders sent 1st class will arrive the next day.

We deliver to all European countries. All orders to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of Europe are sent via Royal Mail's International Standard and will take between 3-5 working days.


  1.      How will I know the shipment details of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by an email after you have placed the order. You will also get systematic emails corresponding to the shipping updates.


  1.      What shall I do if the product is missing, lost or delayed?

If you have ordered but have not received the product yet even after the tentative delivery date has passed, you should check first whether you have received the dispatch confirmation email from us. If not, then no worries, you will get a full refund as there has been a fault from our side.

If a product has lost or delayed and has been returned to us, we send a new package right there. We make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. At times, unfortunately, the delay in delivery goes beyond our control.


  1.      Return procedures:

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If the 30-day time is over since you have purchased, we can give you a return offer, neither a refund nor an exchange, unfortunately.

The product should be in the original package and must not be damaged anyhow and must work in the condition as it was. Products with visible signs of any usage shall not be received for exchange or return. We accept returns from countries including the UK, Germany, Ireland, Austria, and Belgium.


While returning, you can opt for any one of the below options:

  •        Full refund to your bank account
  1.      Can I exchange my product?

Products can only be replaced if they are received by you damaged or defective. If you want an exchange for the same product, you need to send an email to us at customerservice@cskgifts.com and then send your product to: CSK Gifts, 84B Queen Street, Peterhead, AB421TT.


  1.      What shall I do if I have received a damaged product?

If you have received the product, damaged or defective, then you can easily demand a replacement of the product by emailing us or giving us a call. Return the product and you will receive a new one.


  1.      How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, use the link given with the order confirmation mail. If you are a registered account member, you can go to your order history and cancel your order.

  1.      Payment options for prepaid orders?

You can pay through your Credit card, Google Pay and PayPal accounts.


  1.      What shall I do if I have not received my refund yet?

If you have not received your refund, check with your bank account once. Contact with your credit card company. At times, it takes some time more before the refund status is posted on your bank statement. If not, contact with your bank again for there might be a bit of processing time for the bank.

  1.  How shall I wash my phone case?

You can wash your phone case with normal water and let it dry. Do not use rough materials for wiping the cases.


  1.  What are the cases made of?

The cases are made up of premium quality calf leather, durable polycarbonate, and hard silicone marble as you would choose the phone cases.


  1.  Will the cases wear out after six months?

The cases are built to last long, highly durable designed for regular use. Eventual wearing out is possible in any accessory but our premium materials make the cases excellent and reliable products and long lasting phone cases.


  1.  What if the cases or chargers do not fit my phone?

There is no question about that for we pay the greatest attention in designing our phone cases and chargers to fit the iPhone and iPad models as specified for each of our products.
