  • My case has a metal ring on the back. Can it charge with this if the phone is face down on the charger?

    Unfortunately the phone can't charg face down, the back of it needs to be against the base of the wireless charger. However, from the sounds of things it should still be able to charge your phone even with the ring on the back.

  • I would like a longer cable or some form of connection to extend the charger please your help would be appreciated as this was my first purchase

  • Do I have to remove phone from leather case to charge?

    It depends on the thickness of the case, if you are having trouble charging it then try removing the case, but usually the case isn't a problem.
